Production begins on second album, "SMALL" (working title)

Hi Kids!!

Been a while since we checked in and gave you an update. I don't think it matters, cause nobody reads this crap anyway! However if you are reading this, you'd be happy to know that KiNDERGARTEN is going into the studio this weekend to record basic tracks for 12 new songs!! Each song will then be completed one at a time, and released as such; one at a time. You will be able to download each individual song for free. Or if you come see us live, you will recieve free sample CD's of the new songs, given away with copies of "River of Slime"

Stay Tuned!!

12/10/2007 KiNDERGARTEN moves on up to THE BITTER END
we need your support at this one, kids.

Hi Kids!!

We are very excited to have been invited to play Bleecker Street's famed BITTER END!! For real this time, no CMJ double booking fiasco will stand in our way.

But this gig ain't no walk in the park. . . we need the support of you, our loving friends to show up and give the man $5. If we can get enough of you there, and impress the owners, and make him think we're actually a real band with a real following, we could get invited back again and again. Then we could play the Bitter End on weekends! Yes that's right weekends! And you know what that means? TOURISTS! Tourists spend money! And if we get money, we can record new songs, and make new t-shirts and make a music video and buy a van, and pay our phone bills.

SO COME ON DOWN TO THE BITTER END!!

Tuesday 12/18/07 @ 9PM 147 Bleecker Street (Bet Thompson & La Guardia) $5 18+

06/22/07 KiNDERGARTEN plans for monthly party here in NYC
The last Tuesday of every month at Fontana's

The #1 goal of any good band is to gain a loving following in their own hometown. but when your hometown is New York City, (the non-cultural capitol of the world) it's next to impossible to do. That's why KiNDERGARTEN has devised a plan to make it easy for our New Yorkers to come find us. We're gonna be at the same place, on the same day, at the same time, evry single month.

That's right folks, starting in August, we will be at Fontana's, the LES's newest rock spot, on the Last Tuesday of every month. Along with K-Garto, you'll see 3 or 4 of New York's most funest party bands, burlesque dancing ladies, comedians, magicians, jugglers, the works!! It's gonna be a Rock and Roll circus, and it's gonna be in a great spot. Check back for further details in the future

Tell us how you like it, Tell us off, tell us to go shove it, tell us you want Zach's babies!

05/15/2007 The Kids Rock!! First Benefit Show 06/02

Founded by our friend John Law, of The Statues of Liberty, The Kids Rock!! is a fundraising program that helps kids suffering with different kinds of cancer. A lot of underprivelaged kids have to go through this rough experience without any insurance, making a hard battle even harder. The Kids Rock's mission is to make their lives a little easier, and give them something to take there minds off the disease. We are raising money to buy them iPods, PSP's, CD players, etc. We're not searching for the cure, but at least we, as musicians can do our part to help. On june 2nd, more than 20 bands are getting together at Trash Bar throughout the day to play to raise money. There will also be raffles, contest, and autions. All proceeds will go towards the kids. Tickets are $10. There is no guestlist. Please join us. It's gonna be a fun day, and it's a good cause. for more info, visit http://www.thekidsrock.org

We are testing the waters of the 'Schwick, but you are welcome to come show your support. Tomorrow night, we will be at the Delancey with our dear friends, The Statues of Liberty, along with a great line0up of other bands. Come down and party with us. April 18, 2007 Mixing Begins on "River of Slime"

The long awaited debut album from KiNDERGARTEN is finally reaching is last stages of development. "River" has been in production for almost a year, and will hopefully be in the shelves by the official anniversary of Recording Day 1. (June 4th). Why did it take so long, you ask? Are we picky perfectionists? We were lazy? Did Ariel get fired from his job at the Recording Studio? You decide. All these questions, and more, will be answered when "River of Slime" hits shelves, cyberspace, and limewire in June. In the meantime, check out the mixes that are in development. Be a part of a work in progress!!
